Ok, so I decided that I'm not gonna do the photo of the school...too much blurriness and not enough focus, so instead I'm gonna do this one.

Aperture photos

Ok, so yesterday Danielle and I walked around the school and we took photos. (I'm really hoping that teacher didn't write us up. lol.) And I took some photos for my aperture assignment. I've picked out the 3 that I liked. (I hope these turned out ok. lol.)

In this photo, the foreground (the cars, the buildings, etc.) Is in focus, but the backround (the mountains, the trees, etc.) is all blury and totally works for this assignment.

In this photo, the only thing you can really see is the walkway (which was my main focus for this photo. lol) Everything else is so blurry!!! Totally perfect for the assignment.

This one's kinda hard to see, but the only thing in focus is the snack machine. Everything else...blurry.

Those are the 3 photos I like the best...I'm sure Mrs. Crouch has a different opinion though. I tried to get this one photo of the lockers to upload...but it took forever only to tell me it wasn't going to work. I really wanted to use that photo, too. :'(

Fighting with Danielle

Horray for being bored!!! lol. Well today I'm sittin in class tryin to figure out what I'm gonna photograph...or if I'll even have time to photograph considering I gotta work tonight. lol. I might take my camera with me and take photos on my break. (That's about the only thing I CAN do. lol.)

(Don't listen to what Danielle says. She's been bullying me all day. : [ )

(My blogs get very colorful. lol.) Anyways...I could take photos of the toy aisle...but that's about the only thing I consider interesting right at the moment. I'm sure I'll think of something though. lol (If Nick Adkins happens to read this blog, I wanted to tell him that he's too good a photographer and shouldn't be in this class. lol. )

Anyways...today we learned about apertures and I learned that the smaller the aperture, the less light it uses.

Ok, so today Mrs. Crouch is making us take notes on the links she posted on her blog all cause some people wouldn't pay attention and played games instead of reading the stuff she posted. UGH. Totally not fair for us who actually do read. Ah well, no use crying over spilled milk right? lol.

Danielle is still trying to get her photos posted on her blog. I'm so glad mine actually worked. lol.

Well there's only about a half hour left in class, so I figure what I'll do is I'll copy the info she posted onto my flash drive and take notes on it after I work tonight. Better get started. lol.

Well I started working on my photos today. I got them done. lol. I like them, personally. The photos you saw were the before photos...before I did anything to them. Now here're the after photos.

The first one is my rainbow. I made it more colorful. lol

The second one here is my couch. (trust me, my couch isn't really this color. Otherwise, my dad would've already killed my mom. lol.)

The third picture is my sister's bedroom curtains. (again, they're not really that color. lol.)

I really had fun doing this assignment...though I have no clue if I actually did it right. I just had fun with it...that's all that really matters. lol

Well today I'm getting my 3 most interresting photos and posting them on here and then I gotta edit them in paint. net...fun fun fun. lol. I'm gonna try to get these photos on here...but idk if it'll work...YAY!!!! It worked!!!! I'm happy now. lol. I think the 3 that I'm gonna use are...the one of my couch for texture, the rainbow for color, and my sis's curtains for pattern. My cat was gonna be balance...but that didn't turn out well. lol. And neither did my bathroom floor for line, so I don't think I'll use those. lol. Now I gotta read about all the stuff Mrs. Crouch wants us to read about. lol

Ok, so we're on a 2 hour delay today. Yay! But yeah I totally forgot my stuff for Photography today so I have to wait til tomorrow to do my assignment. Ah well. We're not in class very long today anyways. lol. I'm just super excited that, when I get my grades tomorrow, I'll have 3 A's and 1 B. lol. But hopefully I have my pics ready tomorrow and I can get started on this assignment. I don't my grades to drop any. I'm not giving in to senioritis. lol.
